  • Executive adoption rate of STRIDE principles in team charters or OKRs

  • Leadership behavior change index (based on 360° feedback pre- and post-program)

 🔥 Intensity & Grit Metrics

 These capture resilience, drive, and high-performance habits:

  • Completion rate of high-challenge modules or simulations

  • Self-reported grit score improvement (via validated tools like the Grit Scale)

  • Time-to-recovery after setbacks (measured through journaling or coaching logs)

 📏 Discipline Metrics

 These reflect consistency, accountability, and operational rigor:

  • Adherence to strategic routines (e.g., decision frameworks, reflection cycles)

  • Reduction in leadership drift (measured by deviation from stated priorities)

  • Peer accountability score (based on feedback loops and cohort check-ins)

  • STRIDE Promoter Score (SPS) 

  • Promotion or succession readiness rate

  • % of participants initiating new strategic projects post-program

  • Rate of mindset shift (measured through narrative rewrites or coaching reflections)
